Vico Software customers have access to the Vico Customer Portal from which they can easily assign and transfer Vico Office licenses for projects, as well as distribute upgrades as soon as they are available.
As teammates roll on and off of projects, it's important that they have access to the software they need. Now Vico Office system administrators can transfer license usage rights back and forth, as needed.
The Vico Customer Portal is a convenient dashboard from which customers can:
- Manage license users and the applications to which they have access
- Distribute upgrades as soon as they are available
- Transfer licenses as team members roll on and off new projects
- Manage maintenance
The platform handles both fixed and floating licenses. When you have your user name and password, you can log-in to the Vico Customer Portal.

For all new customers, we will forward you the log-in URL and password so you can review you licenses, add any new end users, and prepare your team for Vico Office licenses and training. Then, as soon as you are ready, you can log-in to you Vico Customer Portal.
